Thai Yoga Therapy* is a beautiful and powerful combination of massage, acupressure, stretching, energy work and meditation, all rolled into one amazing experience.

Thai therapy stimulates the flow of energies within the body by working the acupressure points to open the areas that are blocked, calm the areas with too much energy and bring the whole into balance.

You do not need to practice yoga, nor do you need to be fit or flexible in order to enjoy yoga therapy. Thai Yoga Therapy is suitable for all bodies, all ages and all sizes. 

Thai Yoga Therapy is an amazingly comprehensive type of body work. In a session of yoga therapy your body is elevated, stretched, compressed, twisted, drummed and massaged until no trace of tension remains. We'll work the issues out of your tissues!
